In-person support is currently suspended. Please note: We are only offering online support (Zoom) for the month of January due to the spread of Covid-19. We will update the website with information for February onwards as soon as we have more information.
To book an in-person appointment, please visit our Appointments page, and select in-person on your booking form. As with our online services, we are also offering preferential in-person appointments with a BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, or woman supporter if you would like.
What measures are we taking to promote Covid-19 safety in our space? We’re glad you asked!
- We will offer hand sanitizer (hand sanitizer is also located throughout the SSMU Building)
- We will also hand you a new procedural mask to replace your current mask or place overtop of your current mask
- Our shift lead will collect your information on our contact tracing sheet and confirm that you have filled out SSMU’s Coronavirus Self Screen Form
- After every use of the space, our volunteers will disinfect any used pens, wipe high touch surfaces (e.g. door knobs, tables) and wipe down all plexiglass, to keep future users of our space safe as well!
Our general policies to promote safety for users of our space include plexiglass in reception and support rooms, wearing procedural masks and maintaining social distancing in the space. Please note: vaccine passports are not currently required to access our services, however if this changes we will update this change on our website!
